WaarborgHolland processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@waarborg.nl and we will delete this information.

WaarborgHolland uses cookies with a purely technical function. They make sure the website works properly and that, for example, your preferences are remembered. Viewing, correcting or deleting your data

This means you can ask us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation you name. You can send a request to view, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@waarborg.nl. To make sure the request to view your data was made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), your passport number and your citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and within four weeks. WaarborgHolland would also like to point out that you can lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
