Complaints procedure
WaarborgHolland has a complaints procedure under which you can submit a complaint about WaarborgHolland's conduct by e-mail (or by telephone or in writing).
Conduct includes, among other things: the turnaround time of your batch, how you were spoken to and how you were treated.
You can make your complaint known in any of the ways described above. Your complaint is registered centrally and dealt with as quickly as possible. An appeal against a decision on a complaint can be lodged with the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal (College van Beroep voor het Bedrijfsleven). See also article 4 of our general terms and conditions of delivery (in Dutch).
Article 4. Complaints
- Any complaints must be submitted to the management in writing within 8 working days of receipt of an item, with an exact description of the nature of and grounds for the complaint.
- If no complaint has been made in this way, the client is deemed to have approved the items once the period referred to in article 4a has expired.
- If WaarborgHolland finds a complaint submitted in time to be justified, it has the right to still fulfil its obligations, without the client being able to claim any further damages in that respect.
