Urgent or in a hurry?

Sometimes you are faced with an urgent order, and having your product assayed can then be a real obstacle. You can of course choose to have it assayed urgently, or even wait for it, but that does come with extra costs.

For many businesses, the "waiting" or "urgent" surcharge is therefore a thorn in the side. WaarborgHolland understands that well, but you will also appreciate that the number of urgent and waiting orders has to stay limited if we are to keep our operations efficient.

Even so, we would like to meet businesses halfway and, at certain times of day, give them the opportunity to wait for the assay (0.5–1.5 hours) without having to pay the waiting surcharge (100%).

If you would like to make use of this, you can book an appointment on the website. Certain conditions do apply:

• Fill in the submission form online
• Maximum number of products
  • New: 20 items
  • Old: 10 items
• Jewellery only
• No engravings
• Payment in advance via iDEAL

Go to "My account", click the red plus and choose "Wachtbehandeling" (waiting treatment). There you can choose the day and time that suit you best from the available time slots.
