First time hallmarking?

If this is the first time you, as a business, want to have your products hallmarked, you will find the instructions below:

• Do you already have a responsibility mark (RM)?
  • If not, download the RM application form from the website;
  • If you do, you can download the submission form, fill it in and send it, together with a copy of your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration, with the product(s) to be assayed;
• When we receive your parcel, we register you as a customer and give you a customer number. With it, you can follow the status of your parcel on the website and make use of many other services.

• Download the submission form from the website and print a copy;
• Fill in the submission form and put it with the product(s) to be assayed;
• Also enclose a copy of your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) extract;
• If you do not yet have a responsibility mark (RM), write on the submission form that you want to use the WaarborgHolland RM.
